In this episode Matt talks about why repair facilities charge for testing and evaluation or "Diagnosis" of your vehicle. He gives his insights on why repair facilities have to charge for evaluation and diagnosis. Repair facilities can't guess as to what is the problem. Vehicles are very complex and specialized training and tools are needed as well.
